About Me:

Back in 2018, I was a skinny, introverted lad who could barely cast a shadow. I started going to the gym out of frustration more than confidence. Dragging myself there because I knew something had to change. Somewhere between the dodgy curls and the sore muscles, I got hooked.

Over time, what started as insecurity turned into obsession. I spent years learning what actually works, cutting through all the crap around diets, supplements, and social media nonsense. I made the mistakes, wasted the time, and figured it out the hard way so my clients don’t have too.

Now I help people train smarter, eat better, and build results that last. I’m straight-talking, no gimmicks, no fads - just proper training and nutrition built around real life, not perfection.

Outside the gym, football’s a big part of who I am. I play weekly, follow West Ham (for my sins), and when I switch off, I’ll unwind with a bit of gaming. It keeps me competitive and grounded, the same mindset I bring to coaching.
