Back in 2018, I was a scrawny, introverted teen, so thin I could barely cast a shadow. And let's just say, I wasn't exactly thrilled about it. So, what did I do? I dragged myself to the gym along with a few friends not because I was super sociable, but mainly because I was terrified to go alone. But hey, at least I had friends to laugh at my feeble attempts!

But you know what? Despite my initial cluelessness, I fell head over heels for the whole gym scene. Sure, I had no idea what I was doing at first. I probably spent more time staring at the weights than actually lifting them. But hey, ignorance is bliss, right?

Eventually, I realised I couldn't just wing it forever. So, I dove into the abyss of fitness knowledge determined to crack the code of building muscles and eating right. And guess what? I levelled up!

Next thing you know, I'm like, "Hey, why not turn this obsession into a career?" So, I became a Personal Trainer. Why? Because I wanted to save fellow ill-informed souls from the endless cycle of wasted months and diet BS that I went through.

Now, as a fully certified PT, I'm on a mission. I'm here to guide my clients through the fitness maze, armed with knowledge and a hefty dose of sarcasm. Forget about crash diets and torture sessions. I'm all about sustainable, lifelong changes.

When I'm not busy sculpting muscles at the gym, you'll usually find me glued to my pc, controller in hand, ready to dominate. FIFA? Check. Call of Duty? Absolutely. But let's get real: The Witcher 3 reigns supreme in my gaming hall of fame.

Now, don't even get me started on football debates. As a die-hard West Ham fan, my opinions often get about as much love as pineapple on pizza. So, I've learnt to avoid those discussions better than my Call of Duty teammates do with hill time. After all, why argue when you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy watching your team struggle through another rollercoaster season?
