Structured onboarding session (Included)

All new 1-to-1 clients begin with a dedicated onboarding session.

This covers:

  • Movement assessment

  • Technique on key lifts

  • Goal setting

  • Programme setup

  • Expectations moving forward

This ensures training starts properly and progress is built on solid foundations.

This is not a free taster session. It’s how coaching is done correctly.

PRICING (4-WEEK BLOCKS)

All 1-to-1 coaching runs in 4-week blocks to support consistency and progression.

Pricing:

  • 1 session per week — £150 per 4 weeks

  • 2 sessions per week — £270 per 4 weeks

  • 3 sessions per week — £360 per 4 weeks

Higher frequency works best if you:

  • Want faster progress

  • Benefit from regular accountability

  • Prefer fewer gaps between session
